Can anyone direct me to a clear and concise description of the operation of the VALVE MECHANISM in the Le Rhone rotary engine?

I've looked at Page pp 831 - 9 (good drawings but poor description) and also Morse Ch 4 (garbled account, at best). Very little in the Le Rhone manual either.
