I've been keeping my eye on this book on Amazon.de.

A German friend says it has been published, but Amazon say it is still unavailable. I'll let you know what it is like when I get a copy.

I have a copy. It seems to be a very serious study of BMW's aero engine business to 1940. (in German) There are few illustrations. I can only imagine how daunting it would be to read if it were printed in Gothic script!
