Hi Folks! What a wonderful website........
I am presently ground running a 1952 RR Derwent Mk8 gas turbine and a 1954 Argus 411/SNECMA Renault 12T plus restoring a 1909 Gnome and 1948 Armstrong Siddeley Cheetah and would like to get in touch with others who may have an interest in these wonderful machines.
I keep quite a strong stock of spares for the Renault and Cheetah engines plus lots of documentation for all, so if anyone is looking for that elusive part or instruction, please get in touch, I may have what you are looking for! |

Hi Roy - long time no speak!
Don't know if you've come across Mark Evans from down Coventry way. He is mostly interested in pre/early wartime bombers such as the Wellington but I think the RRHT Coventry Branch at Derby are renovating a couple of static display Cheetahs for him. You may not thank me, but I'll pass on your details !
Best regards,
Jamie. |

Hi Jamie,
Haven't come across Mark yet but I'll be glad to talk with him if he gets in touch...thanks for the contact! The Cheetah is the last resto on my list for now as it needs the most amount of time due to storage seizure so it might be a couple of years before it hits the circuit.
Aye, Roy |
