I have had this book on order with Amazon since 16 Jan 2001!!! That is when I first saw it advertised....then it was delayed and delayed..I guess my order is still there.
So, even if you see the photo of the cover (which they had back in 2001), don't believe it until you are actually holding the book!!  |

| I asked this question some time ago. What's weird is that for the first time in months I actually went on Amazon, yesterday to see if they were still offering it. |
