Check out my article in Sport Aviation - I tried to give Charlie Taylor the credit he deserves. However, a lot of the text in that article was edited out for space concerns - even some of the Charlie Taylor accolades. My fault, Scott Spangler gave a limit of 3,000 words. The one I submitted was about 4,000..!! |

I enjoyed the tour thru history you provided. Well done!
Here's another worth repeating:
"With all the hoopla surrounding the 100th anniversary of powered flight, one aspect often gets overlooked--the 'powered' component."

Thank you - and the "powerd" component really does get overlooked. CBS News had a piece on the Ken Hyde/Scott Crossfield efforts. Must have been a 10 minute segment. Not one word about the power plant was mentioned. |
