The October, 2010 AAIB Bulletin has an interesting account of this engine, and its failure. Unfortunately, the plane crashed and the pilot died.
Some of the issues were lack of running, possible use of incorrect methods for clearing hydraulic lock, and piston (gudgeon) pins that did not 'float' as designed.
