Jabiru (Australia)

Jabiru Aircraft Pty. Ltd. of Bundaberg West, Queensland, Australia is a light-aircraft (complete aircraft and kits) and aircraft-engine manufacturer founded in 1988. They began Jabiru engine development in 1991 and have become a major international manufacturer of four-stroke cycle engines with 80-120hp for light aircraft. There are several Jabiru regional distributors in North America, including the Jabiru USA Flight Center, Jabiru Pacific, Sun Coast, and Lancaster Aero in Canada. The applications listed below do not include many popular homebuilt, experimental aircraft for which Jabiru has developed firewall-forward kits for installation of Jabiru engines.
