Clerget, Blin et Cie of Levallois, Paris, France began building aircraft engines in 1911. They are most noted for their Clerget rotary engines which were used extensively in WWI aircraft. After WWI, they built two low-powered HOAE for light aircraft. Rights to these and their other engine designs were sold to Renault in the early 1920s, when Clerget, Blin et Cie was dissolved.
